Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your M-Squared account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include a copy of your packing slip or the printed return label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup using the prepaid shipping label generated during the initiation step.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
